Are there any other fees?
A $400 transaction fee applies. Seller concessions and closing costs are separate, vary by transaction, and are always disclosed.
Does the 1% include the buyer’s agent?
No. The 1% is the listing-side fee only. Compensation offered to a buyer’s agent, if any, is negotiated separately.
What if I need to cancel?
If you cancel before the listing term ends, the only cost is reimbursing the marketing photography.
