Zack DeCaro is a Broker Associate with Property Works New England, individually licensed in Connecticut, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, New York, and Florida. Over more than a decade in real estate, he has personally handled more than 250 residential home sales totaling over $75 million in volume — alongside a specialized background in bank-owned (REO) and distressed property sales, including 1,000+ REO assets and 1,500+ broker price opinions (BPOs). He has experience with government, GSE, bank and servicer assets, and works with institutional sellers, servicers, attorneys and asset managers.
That dual background — traditional residential listings and institutional REO/BPO work — gives Zack a perspective most retail agents don't have: he's evaluated thousands of properties across every condition, from move-in ready to as-is teardown, and has been a real estate investor and landlord himself, managing rental properties and renovation projects firsthand.
