Nick is a licensed real estate agent in Connecticut and Massachusetts, working alongside his brother Zack — both licensed at Property Works New England. A graduate of the University of Connecticut, Nick brings the same disciplined, detail-oriented approach from the classroom to the closing table.
Growing up around the business gave Nick an early read on what makes a listing sell and what makes an offer stick. He's the day-to-day point of contact for many of the team's buyers and sellers — walking properties, coordinating showings, and keeping deals moving from the first conversation through closing.
Outside of real estate, Nick's usually out on the golf course, where the same patience and attention to detail carry over — reading the terrain, playing the long game, and staying calm under pressure are skills that translate directly to guiding a client through a deal.
